II Seminario Interdisciplinal
El tercer número de la Revista Proyección incluye una síntesis de los acontecimientos y temáticas tratadas en el II Seminario de Ordenamiento Territorial del año 2003 y la presentación del Proyecto realizado por el CIFOT en Río Negro para el Gobierno de dicha provincia patagónica, a través de un contrato de subvención suscripto con la Comisión de las Comunidades Europeas (UE) y el Poder Ejecutivo Provincial, bajo el Nº B7-6200/99-0268/DEV/ENV aprobado por Ley Nº 3398, Resolución 023/03. Se trata del primer Observatorio Ambiental realizado en zonas costeras de Argentina y uno de los pocos en América Latina. Oficialmente se lo denomina Diseño e implementación de un Observatorio del Ecosistema Litoral y monitoreo de la Biodiversidad y pertenece al Programa de Ordenamiento y Protección de los Recursos Naturales de la Costa Atlántica de Río Negro, Argentina.

Interdisciplinary Seminar II
The third issue of the Projection Magazine includes a summary of events and topics covered in the II Seminar of Land Management in 2003 and the submission of the Project undertaken by the CIFOT in Río Negro to the Government of this Patagonian province, through a grant agreement signed with the Commission of the European Communities (EU) and the Provincial Executive as No. B7-6200/99-0268/DEV/ENV ratified by Act No. 3398, Resolution 023/03. This is the first Environmental Monitoring Centre conducted in coastal areas of Argentina and one of the few in Latin America. Officially it is called Design and implementation of a Coastal Ecosystem Observatory and monitoring of Biodiversity and it belongs to the  Planning and Natural Resources Protection Program of the Atlantic Coast of Río Negro, Argentina.
