Planificación territorial: presencias…y ausencias…
Autores cubanos, españoles, mejicanos y argentinos se reúnen en la edición Nº 10 de Proyección, Volumen 4.
Mientras algunos manifiestan las transformaciones de sus espacios urbanos, otros se preocupan por la planificación de las grandes urbes actuales y se cuestionan sobre la factibilidad real de planificar sus territorios para el bien común. Los espacios naturales son analizados para revelar su organización actual o futura, las condiciones para un manejo adecuado frente al avance del capital inmobiliario.
Está presente la convicción de iniciar en la Escuela y con la educación de los jóvenes la proyección a toda la sociedad de los principios relacionados al cuidado del ambiente y el ordenamiento del territorio.
While some of them show the transformations of their urban spaces, others worry about the planning of large cities today and inquire about the actual feasibility of planning their territories for the common good. Natural areas are analyzed to reveal their current or future organization, the conditions for proper management before the advance of real estate.
The conviction to start at school and, with young people’s education, the projection to the whole society of the principles related to protecting the environment and spatial planning.
